Terms and conditions
- Packages of services are available upon upfront payment with no refunds.
- Packages of services are offered at a discount when compared to individual purchases.
- Other promotions and discounts do not apply to the packages.
- Treatments will be provided by any of our therapists depending on availability, in order to assure the package services.
- Packages can be shared or converted into vouchers.
Cancelation policy
To secure your reservation:
- A 50% deposit of the treatment cost is necessary.
- The remaining balance is settled on the treatment day.
- For cancellations, kindly provide a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
- If there is a last-minute cancellation or no show, your deposit will not be refunded.
